Zum Beispiel der Versuch, als \"behindert\" akzeptiert zu werden, obwohl ich keinen Rollstuhl benutze. Ich stelle fest, dass die Leute generell nicht mit mir dar\u00fcber reden wollen, was sehr isolierend sein kann! Manchmal werde ich verlegen und \u00e4ngstlich. Vor anderen Leuten umzufallen ist das Schlimmste, und es ist traurig, dass ich nicht mehr die Dinge tun kann, die ich fr\u00fcher konnte. Ich vermisse es, rennen zu k\u00f6nnen! Au\u00dferdem muss man versuchen, sich selbst zu erkl\u00e4ren. Ich schwanke hin und wieder und f\u00fchle mich erb\u00e4rmlich oder schwach.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was ist Ihre gr\u00f6\u00dfte Errungenschaft?<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Im Moment verlasse ich mein Zuhause und lebe unabh\u00e4ngig auf dem Lande. Au\u00dferdem engagiere ich mich ehrenamtlich f\u00fcr Muscular Dystrophy UK als Peer Supporter, was f\u00fcr mich eine erstaunliche Leistung ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wie hat LGMD Sie zu der Person gemacht, die Sie heute sind?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die LGMD hat mir definitiv eine andere Perspektive gegeben! Ich habe gelernt, die kleinen Dinge im Leben zu sch\u00e4tzen und bin entschlossener geworden, etwas zu erreichen, egal in welchem Ausma\u00df. Ich f\u00fchle mich sehr positiv und m\u00f6chte meine Diagnose umdrehen, um mich auf die guten Dinge zu konzentrieren, nicht auf die schlechten. Ich bin aufmerksamer und einf\u00fchlsamer geworden und m\u00f6chte anderen helfen, so wie ich. Es hat auch meinen 'b\u00f6sen' Sinn f\u00fcr Humor gef\u00f6rdert!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was m\u00f6chten Sie der Welt \u00fcber LGMD mitteilen?<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Alles!
