Ich war ein gro\u00dfer Gewichtheber und hatte in meinen 30ern 300 Pfund Bankdr\u00fccken und 400 Pfund Kniebeugen gemacht. Aber ich sp\u00fcrte eine Schw\u00e4che in meinem linken Bein, und ich ging ins Fitnessstudio und versuchte, mit jeweils einem Bein Bein zu dr\u00fccken. Mein rechtes Bein war in der Lage, 250 Pfund zu dr\u00fccken, aber mein linkes lag bei 150 Pfund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Haben Sie andere Familienmitglieder, die LGMD haben?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ich habe einen Bruder mit 2L best\u00e4tigt. Vielleicht gibt es noch andere, aber das wissen wir noch nicht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Was sind f\u00fcr Sie die gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen im Leben mit LGMD?<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Fortbewegung in allen Lebenslagen. Eine Treppe ist schwer. Aus einem Stuhl aufzustehen ist schwer. Gehen ist machbar, aber es wird immer schwieriger, l\u00e4ngere Strecken zur\u00fcckzulegen.
