Nicht mehr auf den Zehenspitzen gehen, hoch springen, 2 Stufen auf einmal hochsteigen oder so schnell laufen zu k\u00f6nnen<\/p>\n

Ja, mein \u00e4lterer Bruder hat auch LGMD.<\/p>\n

Die gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen sind Sicherheit und Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit, gefolgt von den sozialen\/romantischen\/beruflichen Aspekten.<\/p>\n

Was ist Ihre gr\u00f6\u00dfte Errungenschaft?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ich bin mit 18 Jahren ausgezogen, habe meinen Bachelor-Abschluss gemacht, meinen F\u00fchrerschein gemacht, ein eigenes Auto besessen und meine eigene Karriere als Freiberufler und Anwalt begonnen.<\/p>\n

Wie hat LGMD Sie zu der Person gemacht, die Sie heute sind?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Es hat mir wirklich geholfen, die kleinen Dinge im Leben nicht als selbstverst\u00e4ndlich anzusehen... Ich praktiziere t\u00e4glich Dankbarkeit und Achtsamkeit. Ich habe gelernt, dass ich f\u00e4higer und st\u00e4rker bin, als ich es mir je vorstellen konnte. Ich kann jetzt sehr gut mit Widrigkeiten umgehen und bin durch diese Reise ein viel spirituellerer Mensch geworden. Ich habe auch gelernt, wie wichtig es ist, meiner geistigen Gesundheit Priorit\u00e4t einzur\u00e4umen und mich auf das zu konzentrieren, was ich kontrollieren kann.<\/p>\n

Was m\u00f6chten Sie der Welt \u00fcber LGMD mitteilen?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Es kann eine isolierende, unsichtbare Krankheit\/Behinderung sein... nur weil wir nicht dar\u00fcber sprechen, hei\u00dft das nicht, dass wir<\/p>\n

dass wir uns nicht abm\u00fchen und dass es uns nicht auch geistig\/emotional beeintr\u00e4chtigt. Wir wollen f\u00fcr mehr gesehen werden<\/p>\n

als unsere Behinderung, aber wir m\u00f6chten auch, dass Sie unsere Herausforderungen anerkennen und verstehen.<\/p>\n
