Au lyc\u00e9e, c'\u00e9tait encore pire.  J'ai ressenti des tensions au niveau des ischio-jambiers et des mollets.  Mes mollets \u00e9taient gros. Ensuite, j'ai remarqu\u00e9 un changement dans ma d\u00e9marche.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avez-vous d'autres membres de votre famille qui sont atteints de LGMD ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Non, je suis le seul membre de ma famille \u00e0 avoir re\u00e7u un diagnostic de LGMD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quels sont, selon vous, les plus grands d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever pour vivre avec le LGMD ?<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Les plus grands d\u00e9fis de la vie avec une LGMD sont l'accomplissement des t\u00e2ches personnelles et m\u00e9nag\u00e8res quotidiennes, la gestion de l'activit\u00e9 et du repos, la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l'acc\u00e8s aux espaces publics et la planification des besoins futurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelle est votre plus grande r\u00e9ussite ?<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Avec l'amour et le soutien de ma famille et de mes amis, j'embrasse et je vis la vie en d\u00e9pit de limitations et d'obstacles en constante \u00e9volution.  C'est ma plus grande r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment le LGMD vous a-t-il influenc\u00e9 pour que vous deveniez la personne que vous \u00eates AUJOURD'HUI ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vivre avec le LGMD a fait de moi une personne acceptante, d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, pleine de ressources, humble et reconnaissante. J'ai appris \u00e0 accepter mon diagnostic et \u00e0 me rendre compte qu'\u00e0 mesure qu'il \u00e9volue, il me donne l'occasion de grandir en tant que personne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que voulez-vous que le monde sache sur le LGMD ?<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>Le LGMD est une maladie progressive.  Elle affecte chaque pens\u00e9e, chaque mouvement, chaque jour.
